Breathing air will become more pleasurable than having a cigarette with this method for giving up cigarettes.

I used this self hypnosis or meditative breathing technique years ago to stop smoking. I find nowadays that it is unnecessary to continue using it as the possibility of a relapse is close to zero. However I do find that I still use the meditation technique sometimes in my day to day life.

When I can’t get to sleep at night or when I simply want to relax this breathing method is extremely successful.
